I am a Creative Director for companies and organizations looking for bold statements and colorful visual communications, from websites and apps to digital and retail marketing.
I agree with John Cleese, who said: “...while you’re being creative, nothing is wrong. There’s no such thing as a mistake, and any drivel may lead to the breakthrough.”
Cultivating an open and relaxed atmosphere where creatives can do their best work is a priority, and equally key is efficient leadership and direction, from ideation and brainstorming through design, production, user testing, and product launch, handling roadblocks along the way.
Over the past years, I’ve delivered creative projects for companies including IKEA’s corporate Marketing & Communication department, where I lead development and delivery of visual marketing images and videos for the IKEA website, in-store marketing, and global campaigns.
Other corporate projects include working with Silicon Valley and tech companies on product explainers and how-to videos, educational materials, and motion graphics for films.
Before, I designed apps, websites, and marketing materials for startups and early-stage tech companies. My early experience was as an animator and illustrator for TV shows and Leap Frog’s innovative technology-based learning for kids.
During the pandemic, I moved my family back to Sweden for a couple of years, and now we’re happy to be back home in the sparkling cocktail that is the SF Bay Area and Silicon Valley.
